HR Manager, NW of Pittsburgh $80-95K + BONUS (fully in-office)  DEC 2024

Established manufacturing client, 20 miles NW of Pittsburgh is looking for a skilled HR professional with 4-8 years of generalist-based experience. The HR Manager will focus on recruitment and onboarding, training and development and take ownership of the learning management system. This role also supports various functions of the HR department and other team members as needed relevant to benefits payroll, employee and labor relations, health and safety, etc. Excellent communication and time management skills and a working understanding of Human Resource principles, practices and procedures are a must. Required skills and education: 4-8 years relevant HR work experience in a manufacturing environment, HRIS experience/computer savviness (MS Office), Bachelor's degree in HR or other related field. Preferred: Prior union enviornment experience, HR certification (SHRM-CP), HRIS (ADP), prior experience working with LMS systems and writing training curriculum. Fully in-office.

Senior HRIS Specialist Workday, SE of Pittsburgh $110-130K + BONUS (Hybrid) DEC 2024

Acting as point of contact and Workday expert, the Senior HRIS Specialist will be responsible for providing a high level of support to HR operations, and act as business patner to HR and IT departments. Duties incude, but are not limited to: system integrations and upgrades, implementations, training, troubleshooting, project management, SOX compliance, optimizing processes, security/access to systems, developing/implementing best practices, maintains, tracks and analyzes data. Preference given to applicants with Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience and significant Workday expertise. Three (3) days a week in office.

HR Systems and HR Data Manager, Southside $65-80K + PERKS (Hybrid) DEC 2024

Responsible for managing and maintainining multiple HR systems, including HRIS (UKG), Peoplebox, SchoolMint Grow, Absorb, Case-IQ, RedRover, Payscale, and other solutions for local non-profit. This role requires significant expertise in HRIS products and proceses used by HR team. The role is integral in supporting HR operations by leveraging data for decision-making, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring the accuracy of employee information. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with strong analytical skills to odrive operational and financial performance, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction. This role will also oversee the performance management process for all positions within the organization. Two (2) days a week in office.
